THE TOUGHEST WRESTLER, WWE DOING A TNA FACTION, WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE MAIN EVENT OF MANIA AND MORE

What do you think about Emma cutting off from Dana Brooke thus ending their terribly boring and unnecessary alliance (imo), and joining the Hype Bros as a valet? She used to have the most bubbly (no pun intended) personality which makes me feel like she could fit the Hype Bros as their hype girl. She's a great wrestler but not even close to being the best or prominent past the point of elevating other women which makes me think she'll get cut if she doesn't change her fake movie star character.

Honestly, I like her better as a heel. I think she is better when she has that edge to her. Plus, I think going back to the main roster is better for her than staying in NXT. She was used poorly the first time. Hopefully that won’t be the case again.

I know you hate fantasy booking but is it just me or would Dean Ambrose vs Taker and Shane vs Brock have been better for Wrestlemania?

Not to me. If I had to fantasy book, I would have had Dean beat Triple H at Roadblock and then made Dean-Brock for the Title at WrestleMania, with Roman Reigns and Triple H then becoming a grudge match. I don’t love Shane vs. Taker on paper, but at least they have a reason for it.

Two part question: With the number of injuries afflicting the WWE main roster---and not only that, but the *types* of injuries we're seeing, which, with some noteworthy exclusions, suggests a long-term breakdown of WWE wrestlers' bodies related to the punishing schedule they participate in---is there any talk among management that they may consider a "season," or at the very least, rotating wrestlers on and off of active duty to allow them to recuperate? Conversely, have the wrestlers advocated for something along these lines, or is there an awareness that the load is getting too much for their bodies' to handle?

There has been no serious talk that I have heard of by management along those lines, and it’s hard to even consider since they run weekly and don’t have an off season for the product itself. They do allow older wrestlers to take more time off but there hasn’t been any movement to make time off mandatory. Plus, they just don’t have enough over talent (which I blame on Creative) to sit down the talent. For the wrestlers the sword is double-edged. While time off is nice, they make bonus money by being on the shows.

Do you think that if the WWE does end up signing Bobby Roode and Eric Young, that they’d be tempted to go with a stable of wrestlers (i.e. The Originals – Roode, Young, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles and maybe even Austin Aires) or do you think that it’d be unlikely because WWE doesn’t want to show that kind of recognition to TNA?

I would love to say the former but history has shown me that it’s wiser to expect the latter. WWE has shown a tendency to not put over any product that they don’t own, and I understand it. They don't need to have TNA sue them and also don't need to acknowledge them.

While there is little doubt that the Brawl for All was not successful, I think it does create intriguing fantasy booking.   (Can you imagine Brock Lesnar in a shoot with Haku?)   My two part questions is  1)  If Bob Backlund was part of the Brawl for All, how do you think he would have done.     2)   If you could fantasy book a brawl for all,  what 8 guys in their prime would you pick and who do you think would win it?

First off, Brawn For All was a bad idea. The beauty of wrestling is that the company gets to control the narrative. Taking that out of their hands is crazy to me. As for Backlund, who knows! Everyone thought Steve Williams would win it and he got knocked out by Bart Gunn. With that said, if I had to book 8 guys from wrestling in their prime, it wouldn’t matter who the other 7 were. Brock Lesnar would beat them all in my opinion.  He was a national champion wrestler in college and a UFC champion as well.
