I've noticed in recent weeks that Bayley and Finn Balor have been particularly chummy at live events. It's only a guess, but is there any official word on whether they're running a kayfabe relationship angle, or is this more for the fun of it at house shows?
Thus far, it's just something they are doing on the house shows and social media, but that doesn't mean it can't turn into a larger storyline deal.
Hey guys, I just wondered that with the ongoing relationship between ROH and New Japan and the fact that Matt Sydal and Ricochet just won the IWGP Jr. Tag Titles do you think there's any chance that Ricochet could finally appear for Ring Of Honor?
No, not unless Lucha Underground cleared it as he is under contract to that series.
With the announcement that Nakamura will compete at Takeover: Dallas, is there any word on what the long term plan is for him? Will he follow Styles to the main roster, remain in NXT before moving up, or will he be more of a Samoa Joe role of long term veteran mixing it up with the NXT guys and likely not going to the main roster?
Time will tell but he was specifically noted as being signed by WWE NXT, so it would appear that his role for the company is to help reinforce that brand as it grows. Whether that leads to him moving on to the main roster, time will tell.
So Stephen Amell used Social Media to get himself over and received not only a Summer Slam match, but seems he is possibly getting a Wrestlemania match as well. Meanwhile, guys like Zack Ryder used social media to get over for year and yet, has been basically buried for years. What kind of a message does this send to the boys in the back?
I guess it sends the message that they should get themselves a major CW series. If you are expecting things to be fair across the board in wrestling or even in life, you aren't being realistic.
I rewatched the 2005 Rumble and it started with Eddie, Benoit and Holly slapping and suplexing Daniel Puder over and over and over and then they unceremoniously dumped him over when Hurricane came out. Was this payback for Puder trying to break Angle's arm?
100% correct.
