Teddy Long welcomes everyone to tonight’s Special Smackdown. Teddy says that he has someone who will clean up the mess so go ahead and leave stuff around. We see that it is Eve who will be tonight’s maid.
Santino says that as the United States Champion that it is his honor to lead off the show by lighting the barbecue. The music stops and we see Kane. Kane shows that ring posts are not the only thing he can light up because the grill is lit.
We are live from Corpus Christi, Texas and your announcers are Booker ‘I wrestled on a Great American Bash’ T, Josh ‘I have watched a Great American Bash’ Mathews, and Michael ‘A lot of Great Americans want to bash me’ Cole.
We see footage from last night when Alberto Del Rio attacked Sin Cara before their match.
Alberto looks at what we saw on the screen and he says that tonight he is not here to celebrate America. He is here to talk about something more important than that. He is going to talk about Alberto Del Rio. Finally, he got his one on one title match against Sheamus. He will send Sheamus crying back to Ireland like a little girl.
Alberto says that he knows why the people like Sheamus so much. It is because they are like him. They are hooligans and try to take advantage of hard working people like Alberto Del Rio. Alberto tells everyone to relax and stop hating him because he is successful. Alberto points out that he came to this country legally. He made a lot of money in Mexico and he is making a lot of money here.
After Money in the Bank, Sheamus is going back to the place where he belongs. Alberto says that he wants to send everyone back to the place where they belong. Alberto says that he wants to start right now.
Alberto asks a fan for his papers and then he tells the people in the front row that they don’t belong to be here. He calls the fans illegal aliens.
Alberto says that he is going to get rid of one of them before he gets rid of Sheamus. Alberto says that the fan is in the United States illegally. The fan says that this is not Arizona, this is Texas.
Sheamus’ music plays and he goes after Del Rio and they fight on the ramp. Sheamus punches Del Rio and throws him off the stage. Sheamus attacks Ricardo and then Sheamus sends Del Rio into the dasher board and barrier. Sheamus works over Ricardo and Del Rio with a kick and punches.
Ricardo opens the hood to the car and he tells Alberto to slam it on Sheamus. Alberto does what Ricardo suggests.

We are back with a Moments Ago Moment of Del Rio’s attempts to show Sheamus under the hood of his car.
We see Sheamus over by the car and he is bleeding from the forehead.
Match Number One: Great Khali and Layla versus Antonio Cesaro and Aksana
The men start things off and Cesaro with punches to Khali followed by forearms. Khali sends Cesaro into the turnbuckles and he chops Cesaro. Khali misses a boot into the corner and Cesaro clips Khali. Cesaro kicks Khali in the corner. Khali puts Cesaro in the corner and he chops Antonio. Khali with a chop but Cesaro gets to the corner and he tags in Aksana.
Aksana yells at Khali and she doesn’t see Layla connect with a Thesz Press. Layla keeps Aksana from making the tag and then she spanks Aksana. Layla with a triple jump cross body but Cesaro breaks up the cover.
Layla with the Lay Out for the three count.

Teddy walks in the back and Cody Rhodes tells Teddy that the Board has accepted his appeal. Cody says that he has another Money in the Bank Qualifying Match. Teddy says that he has the ability to pick his opponent. Cody will face Christian.

We are back with a Raw 1000 Memorable Moment and this time it is the night that Tony Schiavone announced that Mick Foley would win the WWE Title on a taped episode of Raw. Mick talks about winning the title.
Match Number Two: Cody Rhodes versus Christian in a Maybe Cody can earn a spot in Money in the Bank Match Match
They lock up and Cody with a side head lock and shoulder tackle for a near fall. Cody with a kick and punch before sending Christian into the mat and he gets a near fall. Cody with a waist lock but Christian with an elbow and punch. Christian with an Irish whip.
Cody with boots but Christian with a flapjack for a near fall. Cody with a kick to Christian on the apron and then he uses the ropes to work on the arm and he gets a near fall. We go to commercial.
We are back and Cody with a hammer lock and Christian gets back to his feet. Christian with an elbow but Cody holds on to the arm and he drops Christian to the mat and gets a near fall. Christian with a gourdbuster and he gets another near fall. Cody with kicks to Christian followed by punches.
Cody puts Christian on the turnbuckles but Christian punches Cody off and Christian with a missile drop kick from the second turnbuckle. Christian with a punch and running forearm followed by a slingshot to the floor and uppercut. Christian with a hesitation drop kick and then goes up top.
Christian with a cross body for a near fall. Cody with a kick and drop down uppercut followed by a kick to the midsection and he sets for the Alabama Slam but Christian counters with a sunset flip for a near fall. Christian misses a charge into the corner and hits the ring post. Cody gets a rollup for a near fall because Christian is not Tensai.
Cody unties the turnbuckle pad and Christian hits an inverted DDT while the referee was not looking and Christian gets a near fall. Christian sets for the spear but Cody with a kick and then he tries for Beautiful Disaster and Christian moves. Christian tries for the Killswitch and Cody escapes and hits Cross Rhodes for the three count.
Winner: Cody Rhodes
We go back to the party and the Usos and Tamina are playing with Hornswoggle in the kiddie pool. Teddy is interrupted by Zack Ryder and he wants to take over at DJ. Heath Slater tells Ryder that no one wants to hear his playlist. Slater says that he is going to be the entertainment.
It is time for some Funk and everyone joins in with Brodus and the Funkettes.

Match Number Three: Alex Riley versus Dolph Ziggler in a Money in the Bank Qualifying Match
Ziggler has something to say to Riley and Riley with a drop kick and a near fall. Ziggler with a kick to the leg followed by a swinging neck breaker for a near fall. Ziggler punches Riley and kicks him. Ziggler with a leaping elbow drop for a near fall. Ziggler with a reverse chin lock and he adds a headstand to add more pressure. Ziggler holds on to the reverse chin lock but Riley with a belly-to-back suplex.
Riley with a back elbow and running clothesline followed by a back elbow and spinebuster for a near fall. Ziggler misses a splash into the corner and Riley gets a rollup for a near fall. Ziggler with a Zig Zag for the three count.
Winner: Dolph Ziggler

We are back and Michael Cole is in the ring and he wants everyone’s attention. He says that his guest is the most controversial figure in the WWE. He brings out AJ Lee.
AJ makes her way to the ring and Cole reminds AJ that he has interviewed her in the past and he says that he has been fair and balanced. He mentions that AJ hasn’t been balanced lately.
Cole stops AJ from talking. He wants to know why AJ did what she did when Raw went off the air. We have a video package of AJ and her actions last night.
Cole asks AJ the question the world wants answered. . . What the hell was she thinking.
AJ says that a lot of people have been asking that question over the last 24 hours. Cole says that AJ wasn’t thinking. Cole says that AJ switches allegiances on a dime. He says that the Board has made a huge mistake making her the guest referee for the WWE Title Match. He calls AJ a troubled little girl.
Cole says that he holds the fate of the most prestigious title in the history of this business in her hands. He says that AJ is living through a fantasy with two guys who he has no idea what she sees in them.
Cole asks AJ if she has thought about pursuing a real man. A man with power and influence. A man who is a former war correspondent, turned voice of the WWE. A man with fame and fortune. He tells AJ to think about it and she could have all of this.
Daniel Bryan’s music plays and he says that Cole thinks he is some big, tough investigative journalist. Bryan tells Cole that he is not. Cole is a sexist, emotionally abusive bully. Just like the rest of the media, when you get a story you don’t like, you make things up and put words in people’s mouths. This story is not about Cole.
Bryan says that he thinks he knows AJ better than just about anyone. Not only is she treating her job as Guest referee seriously, she is going to do an excellent job. He also knows that AJ did not mean for him and Punk to go through the table. She only wanted CM Punk to go through the table. Bryan says that he forgives her for not realizing that he was in the line of fire.
CM Punk’s music plays and he makes his way to the ring. Punk tells Cole this has nothing to do with him so he tells him to get out of the ring.
AJ waves goodbye to Cole as he leaves the ring. Punk tells AJ that two people were affected by her actions. He was pushed through a table and his body is a wreck. That is what he signed up to do. Punk says that he is not going to ignore what happened and he is not going to suck up to AJ because she is the referee.
Punk says that he is going to be blunt with AJ because she is not in a good place mentally. Punk says that some of it might be his fault. He says that he is sorry. Punk tells AJ that she needs professional help. Punk says that he is not going to lie to her face and string her along to get what she wants.
Bryan calls what Punk is saying a load of garbage. Bryan says that Punk is making an end run as if he cares about AJ. Punk doesn’t care about AJ because he cares about AJ.
Bryan says that Punk is playing the good guy and not making it important that AJ is the guest referee. Bryan says that the only thing that CM Punk cares about is that AJ is the referee. Bryan says that Punk needs AJ to beat him.
AJ looks at Bryan and she kisses him. Punk leaves the ring but AJ goes after Punk and she turns him around and she kisses him.
AJ skips to the back and Punk and Bryan try to figure out what is going on.

Match Number Four: Santino Marella, Sergeant Slaughter, and Jim Duggan versus Hunico, Camacho, and Drew McIntyre
Camacho and Slaughter start things off and Slaughter with a knee and he works on the arm. Santino tags in and Camacho punches him. The fans chant USA for Santino while Camacho slams Santino and Hunico with a slingshot senton for a near fall. Drew tags in and he kicks Santino in the head.
Drew with a snap suplex and he gets a near fall. Drew with an arm bar on Santino but Drew with knees and a forearm. Drew tries for a slam but Santino escapes. Duggan and Hunico tag in and Duggan with punches and a clothesline. Duggan with the three point stance and a clothesline for a near fall.
Everyone gets in the ring and Santino sends Drew to the floor. Camacho goes to the floor as well. Hunico runs into a back elbow. Duggan with a clothesline and Santino tags in and the sock puppet is put on and Santino hits the Cobra for the three count.
Winners: Jim Duggan, Santino Marella, and Sergeant Slaughter
We go to the back and people are dancing. R Truth gives Little Jimmy something to drink. Damien Sandow enters to stop the party. He says that this is not what the Founding Fathers had in mind.
Zack says that they are just trying to have a good time.
Damien says that he is not Zack’s brother. WWE is a reflection of society.
Zack tells Damien if he doesn’t want to be here, he can leave.
Sandow with forearms to Zack but Zack sends Drew into the table where the punchbowl is. Zack tries to throw the punch on Damien but he hits Eve instead. At least she is wearing white.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Curt Hawkins and Tyler Reks are in the ring. Tyler says that Hawkins thinks that he can beat Ryback. Tyler says that he knows he can beat Ryback. Tyler wishes Curt luck.
Match Number Five: Ryback versus Curt Hawkins
Hawkins with a forearm to the back and a slap to the face. Hawkins with a sleeper but Ryback with a backpack stunner. Ryback slams Hawkins back into the mat and then hits an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Ryback misses a charge into the corner but he does not miss the lariat. Ryback with the marching muscle buster for the three count.
Winner: Ryback
We are told that Sheamus is not going to be in the battle royal.
The announcers talk about whether Del Rio’s actions mean that he is going to win at Money in the Bank.
We go to commercial.
We are back with another WWE 1000th Episode Memorable Moment. Donald Trump talks about the night he upstaged Vince McMahon on the McMahon Appreciation Night.
Teddy Long comes out in his apron and he dances for the fans. Teddy wants to know if the people had a good time tonight. Teddy thanks the WWE Board of Directors and the WWE Universe. He doesn’t know if he will be the permanent General Manager, he has had a blast tonight.
Match Number Six: Who Gets to be the Next Smackdown GM for a Week Battle Royal (Featuring: Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater, Jack Swagger, Zack Ryder, Cody Rhodes, Tensai, Brodus Clay, Dolph Ziggler, Damien Sandow, R Truth, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, John Cena, Kane, Big Show, Alberto Del Rio, Ezekiel Jackson, Kofi Kingston, Great Khali, Christian)
Show goes after a few people and then the pandemonium begins with people squaring off. Show chops Gabriel and eliminates him. Show also eliminates Brodus Clay. Kane with an uppercut to Damien Sandow. Kane kicks Punk in the head while Slater goes after Sandow. Cody attacks Khali in the corner. Jackson is eliminated.
Sandow has Cena on the turnbuckles but Cena is saved. Bryan kicks Slater in the chest. Khali is eliminated by a few people. Sandow is sent to the apron and Ryder eliminates him with a punch. Cody returns to the ring from the apron while Santino is eliminated.
Show with head butts to Cody but Cody with Beautiful Disaster. Show grabs Kofi and Cody by the throat and they are both eliminated.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Punk and Bryan are battling in the center of the ring with forearms. Cena and Del Rio battle in the front of the ring. Punk with a cross body that eliminates himself and then Bryan. Kane with boots to Tensai and Chrsitian. Kane punches Del Rio and then Irish whips him and hits the side slam. Kane with a choke slam to Cena but Show grabs Kane by the throat and Kane does the same to Show. Kane with a choke slam that Booker hopes that you saw (even though we are watching on television).
Tensai kicks Kane in the corner and Del Rio joins in. Ziggler, Tensai, and Del Rio work over Cena as they alternate punches. Cena recovers and attacks all three men. Cena with a Blue Thunder Bomb to Tensai and then one to Ziggler. Del Rio is eliminated and Cena hits the Attitude Adjustment on Kane.
Tensai tries to eliminate Cena while Show punches Christian in the opposite corner. Cena eliminates Tensai but Show eliminates Cena. Show with a spear to Ryder and Christian comes off the turnbuckles but he is caught by Show. Show eliminates Christain. Ziggler with a sleeper and Kane kicks Ziggler and Show and they are both eliminated.
We are down to Kane and Zack Ryder. Ryder punches Kane but Kane punches back and Ryder goes down. Kane with an uppercut and then he kicks Ryder. Ryder escapes a slam but Kane with a big boot. Kane with an Irish whip but Ryder with a drop toe hold and it is time for the Broski Boot and he hits it. Ryder tries for the Rough Ryder but Kane grabs Ryder by the throat. Ryder ducks down and Kane goes over the top rope to the floor.
Winner: Zack Ryder
