UPDATE ON JEFF HARDY'S CRIMINAL CASE

The next hearing date in the Jeff Hardy criminal case in Moore County, North Carolina is September 8, 2011. The hearing is scheduled for the afternoon.

Jeff Hardy is charged with the following offenses:

Conspiracy to traffic opium
Trafficking in opium by possession
Possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance
Felony possession of cocaine
Felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for using controlled substances
Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia
