Thanks to Mike V. for the following. ... So after C.M. Punk won
the title tonight, I did some research. Punk became a triple crown
champion (World, Tag Team, Intercontinental) faster than anyone else in the
company. From his first title reign (June 30, 2008) to tonight
(January 19, 2009), it has been 203 days. The only person close to that
was Kevin Nash who became a triple crown champion in 227 days. Don't know
if this means anything in the long run, but it is interesting to see Vince
solidify him in history like this.
