In this episode, a 4 Corners Tag featuring Dimes & Corey Storm, the Legacy of Brutality, Justin Smooth, Tony Gunn, and Kings Ransom, Amon brings out his future bride, plus more!
Without further ado:Here we go...
OVW Overdrive (Airing Saturdays at 11AM starting in January):
"Zero Gravity" AJ Daniels defeats "The Boy Wonder" Sam Thompson (w/"The Sucker Punch Club": Dapper Dan & Valerie Verman). Back and forth early. Valerie & Dan keep interfering, but AJ keeps thwarting their efforts. AJ with the Countdown to Kickoff kicks to Sam. Sam back with the Duck Call after a distraction for 2. AJ takes Sam down again with a kick to the head and goes up top. He has to kick Dan off the apron, then connects with the 450 for the 3.
"The Legacy of Brutality": Big Zo & "Hood Ninja" Hy Zaya (w/Josh Ashcraft, Jay Bradley, & Ca$h Flo) defeat KTD & Steve Michaels. Quick offense takes Hy off his feet early by KTD. Steve & Zo tag in. Zo runs into him, but doesn't move him. Steve slams him and tags KTD. He launches KTD onto Zo, but Josh gets on the apron. Jay & Ca$h pull Steve off the apron and club him while Hy sneaks in the ring and attacks KTD. He throws him to Zo, where they hit a double team finishing suplex/kick combo for the 3.
Luscious Lawrence defeats Tony Bizo. Lawrence attacks him after a pose-off and butt bumps him in the corner. He hits a powerslam for 2. He locks in a headlock and uses the ropes for leverage. Bizo elbows him and hits a Samoan drop. He hits a spinebuster. He goes for a clothesline, but Lawrence spins around him, rolls him up with his feet on the ropes out of sight of the ref, and gets the 3!
FATAL 4 WAY: Chace defeats "The Standard" Dusty Gold, "The Nephilim" D'mone Solavino, William Lutz. Several quick pin attempts and exchanges. Everyone is looking for an opportunity to gain control. Dusty & D'mone are fighting on the outside, and Lutz moonsaults off the apron onto them. He hits a slam/driver onto Chace back inside, then hits a moonsault off the top rope for the 3.

Ashton Cove is announced for the opening match, but comes tumbling through the curtain. He is being attacked by Randall Floyd with a crutch. Floyd continues beating him up around ringside and hits him across the back with a chair. He yells on the mic that it is all Dustin Jackson's fault. He wraps Cove's head in the chair, but Dustin runs out with a chair of his own.
Dustin says how about they settle this next week in a street fight!
Nigel (w/Chace) vs. Crixus.
Nigel attacks Crixus as he enters, but Crixus slings him to the other side of the ring. A slam, a running knee, a long-standing vertical suplex, and a Claymore. This one's over.
WINNER: CRIXUS by pinfall.
Amon comes out and introduces "Misery Marvelous". She comes out, but so does Melvin Maximus. He attacks Amon, then goes to check on Mrs. Marvelous. She acts like she's snapped out of Amon's trance, only to low blow Melvin. Amon hits Melvin with the STH. He tells Melvin that she may be his girl, but at the next Saturday Night Special, she will be his bride!
4 CORNERS TAG TEAM MATCH: OVW Southern Tag Team Champions Dimes & Rush Champion "The Prince of Flight" Corey Storm vs. "The Legacy of Brutality": Jay Bradley & Ca$h Flo (w/Josh Ashcraft, Big Zo, & "Hood Ninja" Hy Zaya) vs. OVW Heavyweight Champion "The Trinidad Titan" Justin Smooth & "Shotgun" Tony Gunn vs. "Kings Ransom": Maximus & Leonis Khan.
Gunn with a side headlock on Leonis. Off the ropes, Leonis takes him down. Maximus tags in, but Gunn rolls out. Jay hits Maximus from behind. Off the ropes, Maximus with a flying shoulder tackle. Storm rolls Maximus up from behind for 2. Dimes tags in and gets chopped by Ca$h. Jay catches him off the ropes with a big slam. On the floor, Leonis & Ca$h are exchanging blows on Smooth. Things break down a bit with Jay tossing Dimes & Storm across the floor. Inside, Smooth is taking it to Leonis, stomping him. He turns into a chop from Ca$h. Storm in for a roll-up on Ca$h for 2. Jay is in and big boots Storm in the corner. 2 count. Jay is working over Storm, but Gunn tags himself in. Gunn pounds on Storm and hits a release suplex. He tags Smooth in. Storm rolls Smooth up for 2. Smooth takes him to the mat and grabs him by the hair. He hits a huge right and Gunn is back in. He chops Storm, but Storm starts to chop back and tags Dimes. Dimes fires away on Gunn and hits a running shoulder tackle. He stomps Gunn in the corner. Gunn rolls out and Jay attacks Dimes from behind. He hits a huge vertical suplex for 2. He elbows Dimes across the face. He goes for a pin, but Smooth pulls him off. Jay misses an elbow drop out of the corner and Leonis leaps in with a cross body off the top. Leonis & Ca$h double team Smooth, then pull each other off the pin. They argue and shove and then go to blows. Ca$h throws him into the ringpost shoulder first. Things break down again for a moment. Gunn chops Leonis, but Leonis chops him back. He runs off the ropes, but Gunn dropkicks the knee. Gunn works over the knee in a submission. Gunn goes for a suplex, but Leonis reverses. Gunn tries to tag the L.O.B., then Dimes & Storm, then Smooth, but they all jump off the apron. Leonis tags Maximus, who takes Gunn down and pounds him. Lou Thesz press and pounds him again. Maximus fights to the back with him. Dimes & Jay are now in the ring. Dimes dropkicks Ca$h off the apron and double teams Jay with Storm. Dimes hits a Change Maker, but a distraction by Josh allows Jay to hit him with a Boomstick. Storm in with a kick, but runs into a Boomstick of his own. Leonis takes Jay out. Leonis spears Smooth, but Ca$h pulls him off the pin. They fight over the pin with Ca$h throwing Leonis out of the ring. Smooth recovers and rolls Ca$h up from behind with the tights for the 3!
WINNERS: SMOOTH & GUNN by pinfall.
