WWE ISSUES OFFER TO OLYMPIAN, THE FREEBIRD RULE IS BACK IN EFFECT, LANA RETURNING TO THE RING, WWE STARS REVEALING FILM TRAILERS TOMORROW & MORE

Canadian Olympic women's 75kg gold medalist Erica Wiebe revealed that she has received an offer from WWE to tour the WWE Performance Center for a two-day camp. She plans to take them up on their offer, but has not given a timeline on when she will go, as she plans to wrestle at the 2020 Olympics. She mentioned with her freestyle wrestling background, she hopes to bring some legitimacy to WWE.

WWE announced that Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan sanctioned Luke Harper as a Smackdown Tag Team champion, thus making him eligible to defend the Smackdown Tag Team Championships with either Bray Wyatt or Randy Orton under the Freebird rule.

The Rock tweeted that he will launch the world premier trailer for the Baywatch movie tomorrow. 

 

Not to be outdone, but likely a coincidence, John Cena tweeted that the trailer for his new movie The Wall will also debut tomorrow.
