Former WWE star Chris Nowinski was at yesterday's Ring of Honor event in Boston, MA to meet with Ring of Honor officials to work on a method of preventing and dealing with concussions suffered by ROH performers as the company, realizing their high impact style, wants to be proactive towards protecting their wrestlers' health.
Nowinski, who formed the Sports Legacy Institute after several concussions ended his WWE career, authored Head Games: Football's Concussion Crisis, which details his career-ending injury and discusses the dangers of concussions in football and other contact sports.
